Our 14-Day Program ($497) is covered by a full satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the program for any reason, you may request a complete refund within 14 calendar days of your purchase date.

To request a refund for the 14-Day Program:

• Email support@esqmethod.com within 14 days of purchase.
• Include your full name, the email used at purchase, and the order number.
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Due to the nature of instantly delivered digital goods, the following products are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed:

• Niche Packs ($297) — Practice-area-specific AI workflow bundles.
• Workflow Toolkit ($97) — Prompt templates, checklists, and SOPs.

These products are delivered digitally and grant immediate access to proprietary materials. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that these items are non-refundable.

The Ethical AI Playbook and other complimentary resources are provided at no cost and do not require or qualify for a refund.
