About The Esquire Method

The Esquire Method is a structured AI adoption framework built specifically for licensed US attorneys. We provide workflows, supervision protocols, and risk-mitigation layers that enable you to integrate AI into your practice — without compromising your ethical obligations or professional judgment. This is not a software tool, and it is not a generic AI course. It is a documented, defensible method you can implement in your practice and follow on any given workday.

The Esquire Method is designed primarily for US-licensed attorneys — solo practitioners and small-to-mid firm lawyers who want to integrate AI into their practice with confidence and structure. That said, the methodology is equally applicable to paralegals, legal operations professionals, and anyone working in the legal field who wants a disciplined, professional approach to AI adoption. If you work in law and want a system you can follow — not just theory — this was built for you.

It is a course — but not the kind you’re used to. The Esquire Method teaches a structured AI adoption methodology through written materials, video instruction, and ready-to-use workflow tools. You won’t find motivational content or abstract theory here. Every module delivers documented workflows, supervision protocols, and risk-mitigation steps you can implement in your practice immediately. It is not a software tool, and it does not provide legal advice.

No. The method is designed to meet you where you are. Whether you have never used an AI tool or you’ve been experimenting on your own and want a structured approach, the workflows start from the fundamentals and build toward full practice integration. The only prerequisite is a willingness to follow a process.

No. The Esquire Method is not approved, endorsed, or accredited by any state bar association. We provide AI workflow education and tools — not legal advice, CLE credits, or bar-certified programming. Our methodology is built around the professional obligations attorneys already have — competence, supervision, confidentiality — but compliance with your jurisdiction’s specific rules remains your responsibility.

No. The Esquire Method provides AI workflow tools and educational content only. Nothing in our products, materials, or communications constitutes legal advice, creates an attorney-client relationship, or substitutes for the independent professional judgment of a licensed attorney. How you apply the methodology within your practice is your professional responsibility.

The 14-Day Implementation Program is offered in closed cohorts. Each registration window is open for 8 days or until all 100 seats are filled — whichever comes first. If you miss the window, you can join our waitlist to be notified when the next cohort opens. The Ethical AI Playbook and the AI Workflow Toolkit are available for purchase at any time.

The Method & AI Ethics

The methodology is built around the professional duties you already carry — competence, supervision, confidentiality, and candor. Every workflow includes risk context, verification steps, and explicit attorney control directives designed to keep you in compliance. That said, ethical obligations vary by jurisdiction, and it is your responsibility to ensure that your use of AI aligns with the rules governing your specific practice. We give you the framework. You apply professional judgment.

The method is largely tool-agnostic. The workflows, supervision protocols, and risk-mitigation layers apply regardless of which AI tool you use. Some specific examples within the materials may reference a particular platform for demonstration purposes, but the methodology itself is designed to work across tools — and to remain relevant as the AI landscape evolves.

Yes — and that’s exactly why the method exists. Confidentiality is one of the core professional obligations built into every workflow. The methodology includes explicit stop rules around client-identifying information, guidance on evaluating which tools are appropriate for sensitive data, and documentation habits that help you demonstrate compliance. If your firm already has AI policies in place, The Esquire Method provides a structured layer on top of them. If your firm doesn’t have policies yet, this gives you a defensible starting point.

No. The opposite. Every workflow in The Esquire Method ends with an Attorney Control Directive — a clear instruction on what you must review, verify, and decide before using any AI-generated output. AI is treated as a tool under your supervision, never as a substitute for professional judgment. If a workflow cannot be completed with the attorney in control, the method tells you to stop.

Products & What’s Included

The Ethical AI Playbook is a professional-grade PDF that outlines five critical mistakes attorneys make when adopting AI — and the safety protocols to avoid them. It is designed to read like an internal firm manual, not a marketing brochure. It covers the core risks, introduces the methodology, and gives you a clear picture of what a structured approach to AI integration looks like in practice. No email sequence tricks — just a useful document you can share with your colleagues.

The $97 AI Workflow Toolkit is tactical — it gives you ready-to-use workflows and prompt frameworks for specific tasks like client intake, legal drafting, research, case organization, and marketing. Think of it as the tools you need to perform individual tasks safely. The $497 14-Day Implementation Program is strategic — it teaches you how to integrate AI into your practice as a whole. It covers governance, supervision protocols, documentation habits, and risk layering across your entire operation. The Toolkit gives you individual tools. The Program gives you the full system.

Niche Packs are practice-area-specific AI workflow packages — available for areas such as immigration, litigation, family law, and commercial practice. They take the core methodology from the 14-Day Implementation Program and deepen it with workflows, prompts, and risk considerations tailored to your specific area of practice. Niche Packs are available as a post-purchase add-on after enrolling in the $497 Program.

Technically, yes — but we strongly recommend completing the 14-Day Implementation Program first. Niche Packs are designed to build on the foundation established in the Program — governance, supervision protocols, documentation habits, and risk layering. Without that framework, you’ll be applying practice-area workflows without the underlying system that makes them defensible. The Program gives you the method. The Niche Packs help you apply it to your specific practice area.

Yes. The AI landscape evolves, and our methodology evolves with it. When significant changes occur — a major model update, a new hallucination risk, a relevant bar opinion — we update the affected materials and issue guidance to our community explaining the change and its professional significance. These updates are included at no additional cost for the duration of your access period.
